Authentic simple room in the center Positive: Authentic interior, great location, freshly renovated bathroom Negative: The lighting in the room could be better

Not as described Positive: The location was excellent. And the instructions given for self check in were simple to follow. But as below, this became a big problem Negative: We booked a ‘family suite’ for 4. On arrival we had been directed by email to one room with a double bed and bathroom. After sending messages, we were told the ‘suite’ included an adjacent room. The window had been left open, presumably to try to hide the over powering smell of cigarette smoke. This extra room had no facilities at all (not even a sink). The only way it could ‘share’ the bathroom was by leaving the doors unlocked on the other room which is hardly safe. We had to find a separate room for 2 of our party of 4 as a result. We were offered only a derisory sum of €35 compensation (not charging us to clean the room we had not used) but only then if we gave a positive review. I would rather provide a truthful review - for 2 people, one room was fine but very basic. For more than 2, I suggest you look elsewhere…

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad Positive: Mooie locatie. Gezellig appartement Negative: Wellicht de verwijzing naar de parkeergarage om de hoek verwijderen want die lijkt permanent gesloten voor gasten
