Central & nice Positive: Very central location, right next to Rozenhoedkaai. We opted for the underground parking -17€ for 24h (overground there are only a few space and they were all busy - especially during summer the area is of course more crowded). The little fridge & fan in the room were appreciated, especially during the heatwave. The private external bathroom has its own key, meaning you can lock it from the outside as well to give more of a sense of privacy despite being on the hallway.

Spacious room + shared bathroom + good location Positive: Room is spacious. Location is perfect, very close to city center. There are shops nearby for foods and drinks. The recommended parking garage is also nice. It's very close, affordable and spacious. Negative: The bathroom is very hard to find in the beginning because there is no signs and instructions at all. Then I found out that the bathroom is in a separate room which is shared with others. I tried to called the landlord, but the phone number can not be reached/ nobody answered. It's not necessarily a bad thing, you just have to know what you would expect

I would have loved this for 60€ a night, however, I expected more for what I payed. Positive: Location is fantastic, doesn’t get better than this , access is easy and comfortable. Property owner provided direction about parking which is great. I definitely recommend for low season, as prices might be more contained. -this confers the room in the first floor with external toilet- Negative: Property is very very old and can tell it has not being properly arranged to host guest as a guest house, it is rather and old house fixed the cheapest way possible. There are obvious damages to the common areas that are unattended, due to age and tear. The furniture is cheap and aged and there is no access to the inner garden announced on the listing (views to inner garden). Unfortunately some neighbors from below were having a party and there was no airco. This is not a problem in winter most likely.

Heerlijk verblijf op een perfecte plek! Parkeergarage naast de deur en alle mooie leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand! Positive: De ligging is fantastisch!! Negative: De kraan van de douche werkte niet goed, je kon de douche niet kouder zetten
