ROOM N°6 / Deluxe Room in Historic City Centre • Private External Bathroom

Positive: Die Lage ist super! Negative: Die Wand zwischen den Zimmern ist sehr dünn, wir haben unsere Nachbarn sehr gut gehört!

Positive: The location was fantastic, very close to the city centre, allowing us to explore many beautiful sights and attractions on foot. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable with an excellent mattress, and both the heating and hot water worked well. Negative: The service was extremely poor and did not justify the price we paid. There was no staff member available to assist us in person, and contacting the host was difficult. We were left to assemble the coffee machine ourselves, find its parts, and fill it with water, carrying water up and down the stairs from our room because there was no tap nearby. No instructions or even basic supplies, such as paper towels, were provided. Furthermore, loud drilling and construction work took place inside the building on two days, making it impossible to rest in our room. We were on holiday and expected a comfortable, relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the lack of assistance, inadequate facilities, and excessive noise significantly spoiled our experience.

Positive: De locatie was perfect! Ook was de kamer super schoon en klopte verder alles.

Positive: Hele fijne locatie en mooie nette kamers!
