ROOM N°5 / Luxury City Center Suite, Cathedral Views

Beautiful spacious room. Positive: The location is amazing, nice quiet road but very close to main attractions. There was also a nice view of the Cathedral from the window. The room is veeery spacious and well lit. The main mirror is very big and there are many spots to do your makeup and hair. The room is also very tastefully decorated, minimal but it feels very chic and the lovely beams on the ceiling are a joy. The bed was comfortable enough and also very big. We really appreciated having a fridge as we like to make our own food. Negative: The main negatives: - no door for the toilet. - the smell goes out - uncomfortable for us in the room - the window is right next to the toilet!!!! And it is a huge window!!! - the window is only covered with a frosted film so you can still see through a bit - very uncomfortable!!!! - it needs a blind like in the main room - the top window in bathroom is not frosted and you can see out to another person's window. This is very uncomfortable when you want to shower and have no clothes on. Smaller issues: - the microwave and coffee machine are not in the room - the advertisement feels a bit misleading as they are listed as facilities, you assume they'll be in your room - The coffee machine needed the water refilling often and there would be no one to ask when it's late at night/early morning - lack of body & hair wash options & we had to refill our own soap dispenser I understand that this is a newer establishment so maybe in due time the privacy issues will be resolved. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would still recommend this hotel.

Overall we didn’t have a good experience. The room was lovely but the bathroom had black hairs everywhere. It’s not that discreet as there is no door and I could hear everything from the main room. The towels were threadbare but the sheets were lovely. The childproof blinds were good but for a short older lady like myself I had to stand on a chair to close them to preserve my dignity. There were no usable hot drinks facilities and the honesty bar was not to be seen. The coffee machine didn’t work due to a drawer not being installed and the whole area was dark and unwelcoming. I tried to contact the host for the WiFi codes but actually received the information after we had left. I actually got asked to write a review before I received the codes. This room was not value for money. I thought I was booking for two nights but had only booked for one night. I can’t believe I paid what I did for one night…..it was extortionate however the location was excellent. I would not recommend it.

Positive: Die Lage ist unschlagbar, das Parkhaus nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Unterkunft hat soweit alles was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt, ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet, aber reicht vollkommen.

Een lekkere frisse opgeknapte ruime kamer Positive: Een zeer ruime kamer heel centraal gelegen, kamer 5 had een prachtig uitzicht op de stad. Alles is pas opgeknapt dus alles zag er nog strsk en nieuw uit. Negative: Ze zijn nog bezig met opknappen daarom is de entree nog een beetje rommelig. Maar daarom was de kamer wel een zeer aangename verassing.
